Taking pride of place in the centre of the horseshoe-shaped oyster bar, our kiln formed crustacea is topped with crushed ice, oysters, shellfish and fruits de mer. In the most recent extension, the theme of the dark wood interior is enlivened with over 100 of our handmade silver leaf mirrors cladding walls, pillars and cornicing.
