Hix City   9a Devonshire Square, London

Devonshire Square is in an area rich in trading history once part of the expansive warehousing network owned by the East India Company, started back in 1768. There is now a glazed courtyard between restored warehouses from where you find the entrance to Hix City.

We were very pleased to work again with Mark Hix and Stiff + Trevillion to create a wall of silver antiqued bevelled mirrors for the ground floor dining room, conjuring the illusion of increased space and light within the industrial warehouse interior with its retained iron columns and heavy wooden beams.

The entire side wall of Mark’s Bar basement room is covered with some seriously smokey mirrors helping to create that late night dive-bar vibe.
